EXCITING ITEMS up for BID:
Our catalog of major items is available here! Take a look and plan ahead; we encourage you to conspire with your friends to acquire your favorite items!
By default, each attendee will be assigned an individual bidder number. If you would prefer that you and your partner be assigned the same number for ease of bidding and checkout, please let us know!
Seattle Pro Musica accepts checks or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and AMEX). You will have the opportunity to expedite item retrieval and checkout if you elect to submit a FASTPAY form when you arrive at the auction. If you sign up for FASTPAY, you may skip the checkout process at the conclusion of the live auction and immediately proceed to Item Pickup. Your credit card will be charged on the week of April 13th. Download a FASTPAY form here, or fill one out at the registration table.
Other Useful Information:
You do not need a ticket for admission to the auction; simply check in at the Registration Desk upon arrival at the Aquarium to receive your auction packet.
Our auction has an Alice in Wonderland theme, and costumes are welcome and encouraged, but not required; cocktail party (or 'fancy tea party') attire would be appropriate.
Unable to join the party this year?
Please consider supporting our programs with a charitable donation of any type. Ticket sales support less than a third of the cost for our concert season, outreach performances and education programs. Your generous tax-deductible contributions keep the music flowing. You can provide support through:
Volunteering: Provide staffing support at the auction, concerts, or at our office, and enjoy the music that you helped bring to fruition! Interested? Contact Administrative Assistant Will Myers for more information.
